High Desert Museum

These pictures were taken in August when we visited the High Desert Museum in Bend, Oregon. Joshua bought the Oregon Ducks cap while we were there and is now constantly being asked if he's a Ducks fan (which is not a good thing to be here in Washington). He looks aggrieved when people ask him and says, "No! I just like the cap!" LOL!

I think it is time for some Halloween pictures (did you know some people are calling Halloween Reformation Day because that is when Martin Luther nailed the 95 "suggestions" on the church door, to take the emphasis off "satan's" day.

Kind of like those people who say Happy Resurrection Day instead of Easter because of the pagan roots. Which is fine, I don't have any problem with that.

Okay, you guys...the much anticipated Reformation Day post is here...only it has nothing to do with Reformation Day...unless remembering Luther involves dressing up like Ninjas and begging candy from neighbors. In fact, where DID that particular tradition come from. Or do i want to know?
